The University of Montréal Scholarships 2024–2025 do not require tuition. All international students are welcome to submit an application. These scholarships are offered for studies at the undergraduate, master’s, and PhD levels. Up to $27,300 will be given annually through the Montréal University Scholarships.

Benefits of The Université de Montréal Scholarship
For Bachelor:
- Level A: $5,999 per session (15 credits) or $11,998 per year (2 sessions, which equates to 30 credits), or $399 per credit.
- Level B: $2,859 per session (15 credits), $5,718 per year (2 sessions, or 30 credits), or $190.60 per credit.
- Level C: $2000 ($2 sessions, or 30 credits) a year, or $1000 ($15 sessions, or 66.667 credits).
- These sums are applied to the annual tuition of $23,662 for 30 credits.
For Masters:
A partial exemption scholarship from the added tuition fees typically assessed to international students is offered to assist you in your graduate studies.
- $3,140 per session (15 credits), or $9,420 per year (3 sessions, equivalent to 45 credits).
- This sum is applied to the $27,300 (45 credits) in annual tuition.
For PhD:
A whole waiver of the extra tuition fees typically applied to overseas students is offered to assist you in pursuing your graduate studies.
With the help of this exemption bursary, you can pay the same tuition costs as graduate students in Québec.
- For the course of your studies, you will pay $19,339 per year (3 sessions, equal to 45 credits), or $6,546 per session (15 credits).
- This sum is deducted from the annual tuition of $24,300 (45 credits).
Eligibility Criteria For The Université de Montréal Scholarship
- Initially, must be non-citizens of Canada or permanent residents, and they must possess study permission.
- English is a required language.
- All nations in the world are eligible.
- Moreover, must maintain a full-time study program enrollment throughout their academic career.
- Furthermore, not be entitled to any type of tuition fee exemption under another law or regulation. For instance, students who speak French or Belgian Francophone already receive this type of exemption.
