- Those wishing to begin a new DPhil or master’s program at Oxford are qualified. This includes those who are enrolled in Oxford’s master’s program now, but who want to reapply for a DPhil (for which you would be eligible for financing).
- Itemized offers with deferred start dates for 2024–2025 applicants are not eligible to be evaluated for this scholarship.
