Required Documents For The Russian Government Scholarship Program
- Bachelor’s degree school diploma (Shahdatnama); if not yet obtained, upload your transcript instead.
- University transcripts and diplomas are required for master’s degrees; if you haven’t earned your bachelor’s degree yet or are in your last year of school, you may also bring documentation from your school.

- To begin, you must register for a user account on the EDUCATION IN RUSSIA website.
- After registering, log in to complete an online form.
- Indicate Personal Information (Full Name, Date of Birth, Country of Citizenship, Current Address, Email, and Contact Number) in the electronic form.
- Your current education and the necessary paperwork online.
- proficiency in languages other than Russian.
- Choose your area of study, and then from among the universities that fit the quota, pick six for your studies.
- Before uploading and submitting your application, print it out and sign it.
