Young leaders from all backgrounds will come together at the HISA Youth Dialogue to discuss the challenges that come with global governance, public administration, and social entrepreneurship. The participants will also get an opportunity to talk to other fellows and share their cultures and ideas.

Full funding is provided by the Spanish Conference. Consequently, you are welcome to register for the 2023 HISA Youth Dialogue Conference in Spain. Additionally, applicants from all backgrounds are welcome. There is no need for the IELTS or TOEFL. From August 17 to 20, 2023, Madrid, Spain will serve as the initial host city for the HISA Spain Conference. Additionally, a total of 55 people will travel to Spain. 40 delegates with partial funding and 15 delegates with full funding. All expenses will be covered in full.

Eligibility Criteria For HISA Youth Dialogue Conference In Spain:

• The HISA Youth Dialogue Summit 2023 is open to all students, professionals, social or health workers, volunteers, and young leaders from all backgrounds.
• The applicant must therefore be older than 18 years old.
• Moreover, the candidate must also be able to speak English.
• Additionally, applicants of any nationality are welcome.
• Initially motivated to encourage the development of original thoughts.
• IELTS and TOEFL scores are not required.

Application Fee

In essence, the $14 application cost is applied to both fully funded and partially funded categories under HISA. So, in order to submit the application form, you must first make a payment.
