Details about Leakey Foundation Research Grants 2023
The Leakey Foundation is awarding funding to recognized experts and advanced Ph.D. students who seek to carry out research exclusively on human origins. In order to accomplish this, the Leakey Foundation awards grants for research twice a year, in May and December.
The Leakey Foundation Research Grants 2023 program initially only accepts applications from Ph.D. and Post Doc candidates engaged in human origins-related research. There is an application process for this scholarship. Your application must be filed, specifically, by July 15, 2023. Additionally, this scholarship, which has a full financing value of up to $30,000, is offered by the Foundation. Therefore, all citizens are eligible for this scholarship.

Eligibility for The USA Grants:
- Advanced Ph.D. students and established scientists are eligible for Leakey Foundation Research Grants.
- All candidates are welcome to apply as long as they can communicate in English fluently.
- The Grants are not available to high school or first-year college students.

Value of the LFR Grants 2023 Grants:
Ph.D. applicants are eligible to receive Research Grants from the Leakey Foundation, with funding caps of $20,000 and grants ranging from $3,000 to $15,000.
Larger grants of up to $30,000 may be given to senior scientists and postdoctoral researchers.
Deadlines of The USA Leakey Foundation Grants 2023
Between January 10 and July 15, applicants for research funds must submit their applications. The deadlines for all entries and resubmissions are on these dates. The application deadline may occasionally be extended by the Institute.
