German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is offering the DAAD Study Scholarships – Postgraduate Studies in the Field of Architecture 2024 to students pursuing a master’s degree in architecture, interior design, monument conservation, urban planning/urban development, regional planning, landscape architecture, or landscape planning. Students must apply by September 25, 2024, and the scholarship is available to all citizens, except Germans. The scholarship has a total value of Full Funding (934 euros per month + travel allowance + other advantages).
International students who, at the time of application, had earned a first degree from a university in architecture or a related field are eligible to apply.
Candidates must be enrolled in a state-funded or state-recognized German university and starting a Master’s degree, postgraduate degree, or complementary course that does not lead to a final qualification.
Applicants may apply in their second year of a postgraduate program in Germany if they are currently enrolled in the first year.
The final exams must have been completed by candidates no later than six months prior to the deadline.
Those who, as of the deadline date, have resided in Germany for more than 15 months are not eligible to apply.
