Eligibility Criteria
- English Proficiency
- All nations are eligible
- An applicant must be a citizen of an eligible developing Commonwealth nation or have refugee status there.
- A candidate needs to live permanently in one of the Commonwealth’s developing nations.
- A first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standing is required of candidates. In some circumstances, a lesser degree and acceptable relevant experience could be taken into consideration.
