The availability of Carnegie USA Scholarships at USA CMU for Bachelor’s degrees in any of the university’s programs is set to begin in 2023. You can apply for this scholarship here. A deadline that varies must be met for your application. As a result, the University (CMU) awards the scholarship at a variable Partial Funding. Both US citizens and authorized permanent residents are eligible for this scholarship.

Eligibility of the USA Scholarship at Carnegie Mellon University:
- Before applying for a Carnegie Scholarship to their account, the recipient must submit the required paperwork for financial aid.
- The award is only given to incoming first-year students during the admissions process.
- Candidates must essentially be American citizens and permanent residents. Additionally, they must be qualified first-year freshmen.
- Candidates must be students from the middle class who have academic talent and artistic ability and who got little to no need-based financial help.
- Therefore, the Carnegie Scholarship is available to all eligible US citizens and legal permanent residents.
- Candidates must submit the FAFSA and CSS Profile in order to be eligible for the scholarship.
Notes:
Students can initially renew the Scholarship for up to 8 semesters of undergraduate study (10 semesters for students in the School of Architecture) if they keep a cumulative 2.0 QPA and have Carnegie Mellon tuition charged.
