Eligibility Criteria:
- At the time of application, candidates must have a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.80/4.00.
- The candidate must have an ALES score of 55 (quantitative) if they are a Turkish national who resides in Turkey.
- Candidates must have earned an MSC or a BSc.
- Additionally, they must have a TOEFL (English proficiency) score of at least 87 points or an IELTS score of at least 6.5 bands.
- For international applicants, a quantitative GRE General Test score of 153 is required. However, the applicant is encouraged to apply if they have a strong past and are only marginally off.
Benefits of the Turkey Scholarship 2023-24:
- 62,100 TL per year payment of tuition in full.
- For Ph.D. candidates, a housing stipend of 5.500 Turkish Liras per month is provided.
- For MS candidates, a monthly housing stipend of 4.400 Turkish Liras is provided.
- The Bilkent University scholarship also comes with private health insurance.
- A laptop or PC will also be given to scholarship recipients.
Requirements of Scholarship:
- Official transcripts for the candidate (most current).
- Two recommendation letters
- Consequently, the candidate’s current Resume.
- Research proposal from the candidate
