International students from underdeveloped nations who wish to pursue master’s degrees in Belgium are eligible for ARES Scholarships. By the “Landscape” order of November 7, 2013, 127 higher education institutions came together to form the Academy of Research and Higher Education (ARES), a public interest organization funded by the Federation Wallonie-Bruxile. Its responsibility is to make sure that all of their activities are coordinated overall and to motivate them to form partnerships.
Basically, for international students, the ARES Scholarships 2024–2025 are completely financed. These bursaries are available for training, master’s, and undergraduate programs in Belgium. Eligibility Criteria For The ARES Scholarship
- Be a national of a developing nation. Candidates must be residing and employed in their country of origin at the time of application to be eligible.
- Be younger than 40 years old and younger than 45 years old, respectively, at the time the training is planned to start.
- have completed studies at a Belgian institution and received a diploma equating to a graduate-level diploma. Nevertheless, alternative specifications could be required for some training programs.
- possess at least two years of relevant professional experience after completing graduate studies in a developing nation.
- possess a strong command of both written and spoken French.
- It is crucial to have a sufficient level of the course’s language, both spoken and written, in order to participate in training sessions held in another language.
