Applications are welcome from students interested in pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degrees. You do not need to take the IELTS to apply. For the 2025–2026 academic year, the Hungarian government is making 5,000 fully funded scholarships available to students worldwide.

Monthly stipend
For the entire year until the end of their studies, non-degree, bachelor’s, master’s, and one-tier master-level students must pay HUF 43,700 per month for living expenses.
Doctorate level: HUF 140000 a month for a year, until studies are completed
Accommodations: a room in a dorm OR a HUF 40,000 monthly payment for housing costs for the duration of the scholarship

Conditions:
All international students who are not citizens of Hungary may apply; however, they must be in good physical and mental health.
To apply for a bachelor’s degree program, you must have a 12-year diploma.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree to apply for a master’s degree.
You can present your English Proficiency Certificate from your previous university if English was the main language of instruction for that degree.
