Established by the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Commerce, the MOFCOM Scholarship-CSC Program aims to foster talent development for developing nations while also enhancing international cooperation and communication. Young and middle-aged talent from recipient countries are the primary beneficiaries of the MOFCOM Scholarship-CSC Program, which provides funding for them to pursue graduate study in China. Qualifications:
Candidates must be under 45 years old and citizens of developing nations other than the People’s Republic of China.
Applicants should not be ill and have a physical examination report from a nearby public hospital attesting to their physical and mental well-being.
When applying for a master’s program, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree; for a doctoral program, they must hold a master’s degree and at least three years of work experience.
It is preferred for candidates to be current members of the program with relevant educational backgrounds or work experience.
The applicant’s English proficiency must meet the program’s academic requirements and be on par with the IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80 and above levels.
